Vita-Gröna bandet - Project Lead
Vita-Gröna Bandet was an exciting project where my team and I helped a small, passionate outdoor company improve their website to attract more hikers. We concluded that their site needed better structure and appeal.
Our goal was to make information about cross-country hiking easily accessible and give users a realistic understanding of the experience. Research and interviews revealed that social interaction was crucial for the "ribboneers" community, so we focused on enhancing this aspect.
We created a prototype for an improved, easily navigable 'Vita-Gröna Bandet' website and recommended fostering a strong community both online and offline.
My main responsibilities included facilitating team meetings, delegating tasks, ensuring everyone’s potential was met, and creating a structured schedule with deadlines. I emphasised open discussions by having the team work together in the same room to encourage free expression and quick resolution of questions.

Iquest, a tech company, needed help with their social media. My team created a personalized content calendar tailored to their ideal audience for maximum online traction.
We provided a detailed guidebook for LinkedIn posts, including topics, structure, images, and keywords, aided by a customised GPT, that we created.
As the creative lead, I focused on establishing an appropriate tone, selecting suitable topics for the industry, and changing the company's usual posting habits.
One of the first projects that we had at hyper was to promote the different programs that they have. My team got the Motion design program.
We wanted potential applicants to see what the students see. How the students progress through out the program, is just like how motion design has progressed through out history. Not everyone knows what motion design actually is, and how much it influences our lives. So to explain that at the same time as to create some excitment around becoming a student at Hyper, we wanted to showcase the evolution of motion design and how much it has affected our everyday lives. How the creative field has evovled with it.
So we came up with the slogan “Creativity evolves through motion”. With the help of our great video editor Liam, we created a video for the school to publish on thier social media as a paid ad.

Mynewsdesk is one of the last clients that we worked with at Hyper Island. Me and my team got the chance to help Mynewsdesk with their employee branding.
It was defietly different working with a bigger company like Mynewsdesk. The challenge was to navigate the timelimit that we had with the internal decision hierarki of the company. We collaborated well and found a narrow but relevant path to take for the employee branding.
We wanted to bring the focus from who the company wanted to apply for positions, to how to get these people to want to apply. The refocus was important for us to make clear. The company had to reinforce that they are a great employer. So our solution was to push for the employees and their experiance of their workplace. Answering the question, who works there? and how does Mynewsdesk stand out from the crowd of workspaces. By showcasing the employees we built a more honest feeling for the viewer.
The Racoons was one of the first projects I worked on at Hyper Island. Our brief was to create and market a band or artist as if they were dropping a single or album. My team decided to create The Racoons, a classic 00s indie rock band influenced by the 70s punk scene.
The concept was easy to come up with, but keeping all the content cohesive was a challenge. We made a music video, posters, a tour poster, and merch, including keychains, t-shirts, CDs, a 3D-printed raccoon mascot, a 3D-printed trash container, and a fur coat worn by the band. We aimed to create a well-rounded concept nostalgic of the 00s indie scene, making the merch crucial.
The projects were evaluated by our industry leader, program manager, and peers. Presentation day was a competition where we had to present our projects. We set up a standard concert merch table and presented our video as if in a record store, with headphones and a stereo. With all the merch, posters, and the music video, we got first place in the competition for creating a cohesive project and an entire persona and world around the band.
I often get stuck on fun ideas that I have, mostly jokes for certain events or functions. When I turned 27 I thought it would be fun to create my own wine label and serve my guests with beverages with my face on them, like a true narcissist. My ego does not stop there, it has turned into a great gift for my friends and family.
The name has changed through out the years, but no matter the name, the meaning and the taste is still a refreshing, innovative yet timeless concept of enjoyment.

In the beginning of my time at Hyper Island I gave myself the challange to learn photoshop from never had used it. Since the holidays were closing up, I decided to create a Lucia card. So this is not only a nice card, but the first project I ever made in Photoshop. It might not be the best thing i have done but the one of the proudest.
