My name is Stina,  

I have a passion for the creative and the possibilities of being creative. I strive to be a part of something bigger than myself and I work to build a space for that to happen. I am a loyal worker who cares for the success and wellbeing of my colleagues.

My interests are set in the cultural space of creative expressions, like music, art and film. I love creating and love to see others create. My dream jobs would be Music curator, art director, culture producer, creative director and concept developer.

I have just graduated as Content Developer from Hyper Island and have previously a bachelor's degree in cultural studies from Gothenburg University.

Vita-Gröna bandet - Project Lead


                                                                                                                                    



Project Overview:

- Vita-Gröna Bandet was a project aimed at helping a small, passionate outdoor company enhance their website to attract more hikers.

- The team identified the need for better structure and visual appeal on the site.

Project Goals:

- Make information about cross-country hiking easily accessible.

- Provide users with a realistic understanding of the hiking experience.

- Emphasize social interaction, which was critical to the "ribboneers" community.
















Outcomes:

- Developed a prototype for an improved and user-friendly website.

- Recommended strategies to strengthen the community both online and offline.

My Responsibilities as Team Lead:

- Facilitated team meetings and delegated tasks.

- Ensured the team reached its full potential through structured schedules and clear deadlines.

- Fostered open communication by encouraging collaboration in the same physical space.

- Resolved questions and issues quickly through active discussion.

Iquest - 
Creative Lead






























Project Overview:

- Collaborated with Iquest, a tech company, to enhance their social media strategy.

- Developed a personalized content calendar tailored to their ideal audience for maximum online impact.

- Delivered a detailed guidebook for LinkedIn covering topics, structure, images, and keywords.

Innovation:

- Customized a GPT tool to aid in content creation.

My Role as Creative Lead:

- Established an appropriate tone for social media posts.

- Curated relevant and engaging topics aligned with the tech industry.

- Adjusted the company’s posting habits to improve consistency and effectiveness.







  



Motion Design at Hyper Island - Concept Developer








Project Overview:

- The first project at Hyper involved promoting its various programs.

- My team was assigned the Motion Design program.

Objective:

- Showcase the student experience and how they progress through the program.

- Highlight the evolution of motion design and its impact on everyday life.

- Educate potential applicants about what motion design is and create excitement about joining Hyper.












Concept:

- Developed the slogan: “Creativity evolves through motion.”

- Focused on illustrating how the creative field evolves alongside motion design.

Outcome:

- Collaborated with video editor Liam to create a promotional video.

- The video was published as a paid social media ad for the school.


MyNewsdesk -
 Creative Lead/assisting Project Lead
 

 

Project Overview:


- Collaborated with Mynewsdesk as part of the final projects at Hyper Island.

- Focused on improving Mynewsdesk's employer branding.

Challenges:

- Navigated the time constraints alongside the company's internal decision hierarchy.

- Adapted to working with a larger organization compared to previous projects.

Objective:

Shifted focus from targeting desired applicants to making those applicants want to apply.

Emphasized the need to position Mynewsdesk as a great employer.

Highlighted employee experiences to showcase the company culture.

Addressed key questions:

Who works at Mynewsdesk?

How does Mynewsdesk stand out from other workplaces?

Created an honest and relatable portrayal of the workplace by featuring employees.


























The Racoons - 
Concept Developer
 














































Project Overview:

- One of the first projects at Hyper Island was to create and market a fictional band or artist releasing a single or album.

- My team created The Racoons, a 00s indie rock band inspired by the 70s punk scene.

Concept and Execution:

- Developed a cohesive band persona and nostalgic 00s indie rock aesthetic.

- Created various promotional materials, including:

- A music video

- Posters and a tour poster

- Merch such as keychains, t-shirts, CDs, a fur coat, a 3D-printed raccoon mascot, and a 3D-printed trash container.

- Ensured the merch played a crucial role in conveying the concept.

Challenges:

- Maintaining cohesion across all content and materials was a key challenge.

Presentation and Outcome:

- Presented the project on competition day with:

- A concert merch table setup.

- A music video displayed as if in a record store with headphones and a stereo.

- Won first place for creating a cohesive project, a fully developed band persona, and an immersive world around The Racoons.

During my internship I assisted with UNIFROMS social media presence. 

- Made content strategies

- Made a detailed content calendar

- Concept development

- Edited tiktoks and reels

- Published social media post on multiple platfroms.

I assited with the overall concept development of their Tiktok page, and pushed for a more personal approach to this particular platform in accordance of my reaserch.
